Same System…New Look
We are excited to announce that our work order management module CoreBase has a newly designed User Interface (UI). Our team of developers and designers have altered the module to give it a more modern look and feel.
Our old UI was a little outdated and needed a fresh coat of paint. Between our developers and design team, we were able to make some adjustments that have totally changed the way in which users interact with the module.
As an added bonus we revamped our login screen, making it easier than ever to access CoreBase without any added hassle. In addition to all of our design changes, we have also fixed some minor bugs and improved performance as well.

- Brand new login portal, making it much easier to sign into CoreBase
- Home dashboard now has quick access to important information
- Colors and layout are more modern and easier to access
- *New* Department Organization feature – visual representation of municipality’s department hierarchy
- Forms and data linked for streamlined ticket creation
- Some form information is stored in local storage for quick access when navigating through multiple pages
- Fixed bug where reports were sometimes submitted twice
- Fixed loading bug
