Smartpolis has set up emergency response center to receive and process emergency response requests from the Smartpolis App. These centers can process any type of emergency response request including fire, crime, natural disasters, damage and much more. These centers receive requests and quickly dispatch help to the exact location where assistance is needed. Thanks to GIS architecture, Smartpolis’ app can access the users location and send it straight to an emergency center so it can be used for quick and precise dispatching.

Centers can also send out alerts and instructions to both emergency responders and citizens. Smartpolis’ centers have the ability to organize and coordinate a proper plan for emergency responders. All emergency vehicles connected to Smartpolis are GIS-based and can be tracked once dispatched via a users Smartpolis App. When it comes to infrastructure, Smartpolis’ centers can also help manage and prevent crisis by collecting data and responding to the integrity management systems in place.
