We are pleased to announce that our network maintenance and integrity module Phosphorus now has the capability to accept custom automation scripts. Our development team has created a way to automate and update your municipal data, making it even more dynamic and accessible.
Prior to this update, specific asset data (not all) in Phosphorus was static unless someone manually updated it. We wanted to hone in on the fact that each city is unique, which is why we have made it possible for each asset to have its own specific scripting. Many clients have a certain range of values and want a certain action within the system to run daily, weekly, monthly or even annually. Our developers can take those values and custom-develop a solution based on those values provided.

Context Example
A city might want to see when they should begin repairing roads based on an annual degradation curve. The city can provide this data set which can be worked into a custom script where the values can be autonomously updated annually based on those numbers.

Working Example
A city may find that their highways degrade at 15% annually while city roads degrade 10% annually. The Smartpolis team can take these numbers and input them right into Phosphorus so that those percentage changes are accounted for and reflected in the raw asset data.
