Smartpolis allows citizens to help municipalities report assets that are damaged and that need to be repaired. Through the Smartpolis portal, citizens are able to use any of their connected devices to report a city asset that needs to be repaired. These include potholes on roads, street-lamp bulb outages, damaged streetlights and much more.

Citizens can specify the asset and then use a Web-GIS based map to pin the exact location of damage. Municipalities are then alerted instantaneously and can then generate a work order for a city technician to investigate the matter further. Smartpolis can handle all of the alerting, work-orders, processes and future management. By allowing citizens to engage in city repair, Smartpolis truly creates a fully integrated 360˚ loop of integrity management.
