How Does COREBase Work?
The CoreBase dashboard is directly connected to Politopio (our smartphone app). COREBase updates in real-time with each user-submitted request. Requests can be submitted by either a municipal operator, field crew or citizen. For example, these requests could involve issuance of permits, certifications, work management orders and much more.
Each request that is submitted is automatically populated into the COREBase system, making dispatching a breeze. At the same time, a 360-degree integrity process guarantees that all requests that come through are completed in a timely fashion. CoreBase thus becomes the centralized engine for municipal management. It ensures that all municipal employees provide services more efficiently and effectively.
